I am getting my gear together for fastpacking this Spring and Summer. The Zpacks Arcblast seems like a good choice because it does not hug your back and thus provides some ventilation. However, is the Arcblast durable enough to run and power-hike loaded with 25 pounds? Thanks for the feedback.
I'm sure the durability of what you want is plenty for the Arc to handle.
25 pounds is a lot for a "fast pack".
For fastpaking, this would be at least a weeks trek.
For 25 pounds, the blast is probably your best option out there.
