that is, change the log in user name?
You need to send in a support ticket, it can only be done by BPL administrators. And then wait. Sometimes a long time.
Find Ryan Jordan and threaten him with a weapon until he changes it.
This is the only way.

Absolutely. I've been waiting for months for them to do anything on my last support ticket. BPL has no financial reason to hurry.
