Need recommendations for a pair of shoes, they will be used for a lot of walking on all types of surfaces, so they need to be comfortable, waterproof, and preferably cheap, $100 max, I’m also located in Canada if that makes any difference.

Shoes for hiking or travel? How "presentable" do you want them to be? Trail runners make great casual shoes. I like Clark's for good leather shoes.
They will be for work, lots of walking on sidewalks, grass, rocks, hills etc. Some lights shoes would be great, I am wearing nike shox right now and there just not cutting it.
This is the best shoe I have ever had. Check out the seller's store for more sizes.
