I'm trying to see what you folks think of this list:

I am not trying to go crazy light on this hike just trying to enjoy being out on the trail for 6-7 days. I have a few other shelters, GG Spinntarp, ZPacks pocket tarp, MLD superlight bivy, etc. I am thinking the Locus Khufu because I'll be doing this with my dog so it will provide nighttime rain protection for us both. But I'm open to suggestions about versatility. And I'm not taking any insulating layers besides thermals, is that a good move? I may want to chill at night and watch the stars but I'm not opposed to wrapping up in my bag for warmth. I also have a light fly rod set up I am considering. Is it worth it or not? I'll be doing 12-18 miles a day.
