I absolutely love my Brooks Cascadia trail runners but the terrain here is sooo harsh, rocky to be exact. Does anyone here know of a trail runner that is similar to the Cascadia but has a full rock plate? I engineered my own with an addition to the forefoot of a smartfeet insole but my feet no longer need the smartfeet insert since my feet have strengthened. I just need a trail runner with rock protection. Every time I up the mileage I get so sore it's frustrating. :-(
