I had just bought one of these on sale at Backcountry.com, then saw them on sale at Patagonia's website for less, maybe. There are two "style numbers" listed at Patagonia – the 84735 for $125 and the 84736 for $161. As far as I can tell, the only difference is that the 84736 uses traceable down from non-force fed geese, and this implies that it is a more recent model, since Patagonia's website says that they started using traceable down in spring 2013. Oh, it is also .2oz less.

Anyway, the one I received from Backcountry was the 84736 for $150, so that still beats Pagagonia's price for that model.

I know this item has not received good reviews here at BPL, but at the sale price maybe it is worth it.

Anyway, hopefully that reduces the confusion for anyone looking at this item.

Can I wear it while eating pâté? I do in my older 84735. 5.5 ounces on my scale for a Men's medium.

REI has Patagonia's Ultralight Down Shirt – Men's regularly $249 for $123.83. Being the new REI, they don't give a weight. S, XL and XXL in shiny dark grey. All sizes in neon puke green.

If you chat (or call) with a sales rep on the Patagonia website, they can tell you all the differences between two model numbers. They must have a pretty good database in front of them, because they went into a lot of detail the few times I've asked them to distinguish models.
