Just wanted to throw another windshell into the mix. Just picked up an EMS Windblast. I got a small which weighs 4.5 oz. It's a little on the heavier side but still light enough. Only 1 chest pocket. Elastic wrists. Single drawstring in the hem and hood. Only $68 but on sale right now for $48.
Size wise, it is much bigger than a small montane speed lite. It fits comfortably over my small marmot variant. So I guess it is a small in American sizes and a medium in European sizes.
