I'm blessed and cursed with a schedule that gives me lots of free time to explore the mountains, but that rarely coincides with my friends' schedules. I've got sunday through wed off mostly every week, and I'd love to get out for some some multi-day trips with folks who have similar schedules, and a similar sense of adventure. Feel free to drop me a note if you're local or if you've got time off and want to make a trip to the rockies.
I'm also blessed/cursed with a slightly masochistic way of looking at topographic maps. If you share this ailment, lets commiserate. I'm interested in doing some high mileage trips that involve 3rd and 4th class scrambling, off trail travel, and perhaps some bikepacking. I'm all for interesting loops and link ups in the high country.
A couple trips I'd like to do before the end of the summer/fall–
backpack most (or possibly all) of Nolan's 14 in the collegiate range. I need to do some more scouting and build my multi-day fitness, but I'm thinking september, with less T-storms, would be ideal for this anyway.

Indian Peaks–bikepack from eldora to camp dick, cross the divide via the elk's tooth traverse (4th), summit cooper & Martin (4th), lone eagle cirque, up over blackfoot, N/S arapahoe peak (4th-5?), Neva, Jaspar etc. I've done most of this in sections, but I'd like to link it together in a fresh way. Some of it would be pretty adventurey with plenty of routefinding so I'd rather do it with a partner.
But above all, pretty much anything in the San Juans appeals. Last year, at Will Rietveld's suggestion, a friend and I went from Molass pass up to the grenadiers and followed the divide to chicago basin for what amounted to most of 3 days above treeline and off trail in some truly amazing terrain. I want more of that…
