So I'm working on some quilts using the thru hiker kit. When sewing baffles, can I just stitch through the mesh into the nylon or do I need to fold the mesh first then stitch?
I've also got some cuben laying around I could use for baffle material as well if it would allow me to sew without a fold.
Anyone?
I folded when I made jacket. Less likely to unravel and pull out. I don't see how it's really any more difficult.
No folding required for Cuben or mesh. Neither unravel
