So I just experienced record rain in AZ wearing my OR Helium II (3" in an hour or two). I know there's lot of complaints about the hood design not being ideal for severe weather since it leaves a lot of the face exposed.
Well I agree that the design is flawed in that case (wear a better and heavier jacket for sustained bad weather) but it really only applies to (most) women. If you're male, you're wearing it wrong:
Side note, those bright colors so often "available" to bargain shoppers have a purpose: Urban Camouflage.
