Can anyone recommend an altimeter? (with barometer.) I'm pretty open-minded about what type or form it takes. I don't know much about altimeters.
I've had a Highgear altimeter watch, but it is very poorly made. And it's heavy for a watch, with a very large form factor (I'm a woman with small wrists).

I have a Kestrel 2500.
Works well but it isn't all that much better than my Casio watch (too large for you…) so it stays at home most of the time.
About 2 oz without the heavy case. Put a baby sock on it for protection.
