My dear old A-Frame 5×7 pup tent, green

Roger, these were pretty good tents in the lighter varieties. The military used them for many years, though each half weighed more than an entire tent for four today.

I had an old circa 1970 or so pup tent that weighed in at less than two pounds. All nylon, the floor included.I used that one for about ten years and loved the way it shed rain. I don't remember ever getting wet in it.
