To anyone interested in speed hikes, or the AT in general, here is a tune up trip report from my most recent tune-up trip. I'm no Matt Kirk, but I am working on making a run at the record this year or next. The link is to a google doc PDF so I could keep all the pictures at full resolution and in order.
