For that small subset of you who know where I live and the smaller subset that care how I'm doing:

I wasn't on that plane:

I've been on that plane, but obviously not today, because I'm still posting.

For 2 dead in an SF crash, I wouldn't bother saying anything.

But 10 dead in a town of 4,000 and I made sure to send a message to family before they read the morning paper.

No names yet, except the pilot. Of course we wonder, mightily. And our thoughts are with their families.
