For those that have not checked out yamamountaingear.com it is worth the time. I had the opportunity to visit Gen's shop in Charlottesville, Va to test fit his newest 1P SW tent the Ciriform. Great craftsmanship thanks to his talent and integrity. He even let me use his personal tent on a trip to Mount Rogers! The tent performed well and is very light. Check out his site.

As far as the tents, I was probably one of the first to get one when they were made available to the public. I agree with your thoughts, Gen has done an exceptional job on building these tents. Everything about them look great, and it is easy to tell that a lot of thought went into both the design and the construction.

Yes that would be me. Very observant. I really like Gen's designs and noticed that there was not much written about his gear. I did see your video blog when I first started looking for a new tent. Your work is appreciated!
