Bear Spray Holster

Very nice, and looks like you are able to draw it quickly if need be. Is there anything to keep it from falling out when you bend over?

The bear spray canister will indeed fall out if I bend over. I just tried it. I could modify it to prevent that, but I don't think it's a problem. The situation doesn't arise much, and a hand could always secure the canister.

A fastener to prevent the canister from falling out could be used, but it would hinder rapid deployment when needed. I'll take the risk of dropping the spray when bending over versus slowing deployment when needed.

Maybe just a big rubber band around the carrier would keep the bear spray from slipping out.

I just tried a rubber band. It prevents the canister from falling out, and does not significantly hinder withdrawing the canister. If the need to use the bear spray should arise, I expect the user would be sufficiently motivated to summon the extra force.
