Inflate the pad most of the way, submerge in the tub to look for bubbles. Mark the hole(s), let dry, clean the area with denatured alcohol, put a dot of seamgrip over, let cure.

Marcelo, if you have no bathtub, try diluting liquid dish soap with water and applying this to the inflated mat. Then watch for your mat to blow bubbles.

If your bathtub is small, just check out part of the pad, then move another part underwater, etc.
