I've seen the lively debates and I've read the articles on my stove but I'm having an issue. After 2 years of faithful service (and at least 60 nights/days of use) it starting shooting a really tall flame up this weekend (while on Mt. St. Helens backpacking)
I've tried swapping out canisters thinking that might be it. Nope. I don't see anything to easily adjust.
Any clue? Sent an email to Soto. Anyone else see this before I head back to REI?
What happens when you turn it up or down?

It adjusts and will turn off.
I'm used to tight blue flame that doesn't shoot up very far. It's not reaching up the pot and hitting the handle.
Is it getting air? I think I can almost see from that picture that the air port looks okay.

I pinged SOTO yesterday and he got to me today to offer a replacement and ask for the unit for the engineers to test
