I would love to hear from someone around 6'4" who uses a zpacks hexamid solo plus. Is it comfortably long enough? Or do you struggle with the ends touching sleeping bag foot and your head? Is it high enough?
And, as a big guy as well, I'm wondering if the 29" opening is a pain to crawl in and out of?
I would rather not have to get the hexamid long cuz I don't like the idea of fussing with more poles and guy lines.

I have the twin and have enough room length wise with a prolite pad. I do have to crawl in/out but it's not that big of a deal imo.
Lots of us here that are your height and happy with the dimensions of the standard solo. Solo plus being the same length should be just fine.
I am 6'4" and have a Solo Plus. It's just long enough, there isn't a lot of room at each end but I don't run into the tent walls, even with a 3.5" thick sleeping pad. The entry is really low and kind of annoying, that's my least favorite aspect of the tent. But to me the ridiculously low weight and spacious interior make up for the entry.
