I'm looking for a travel toothbrush to live in my everyday backpack. I was hoping to find something small that folds into it's own case so that it doesn't fill with crap all the time. Something with bristles that won't completely shred my gums would be nice.

Thanks in advance.

+1 on these. Not sure how really useful the toothpaste tube is, but the brush itself is great. Cheap too.

I just take a regular toothbrush… you can cut the handle down to save weight… put it in a small stuff sack or zip lock.

Also, when backpacking I just take a very small plastic pill bottle or zip lock of baking soda instead of tooth paste… teeth feel great after baking soda. lighter than toothpase… and no smell for the bears…

but don't forget to floss ! :)

We use a small plastic bag.

Thanks everybody for the recommendations. I feel like most of the small toothbrushes I've tried, regardless of how they're labeled, feel like wire brushes. I'll definitely look into some of these.
Thanks!
