Nunatak used to offer Eider down in their quilts, bringing an Arc 20° to about $2000.
With 950 down available, I'd don't know if Tom still offers Eider or not…
The angst with the eider comforter that you link is that the weight of the cotton/silk baffled envelope makes it feel like you are sleeping under a 4# rug.
Eider down is the warmest down available and it's scarce stuff…
In northern Norway they used to collect the down from the eider ducks nests and even built housing for the
eider ducks. In fact a few still do: http://www.lanan.no/english/
A nest gives about 16 grams of eider down according to this http://www.lanan.no/english/eider-down-duvets/ so it's no suprise
that it is expensive
