I guess the Schnozzel doesn't work for my Thermarest Neo air ? Is there another type that works for the Neo ?

I seem to remember reading that someone took a schnozzel along to an rei, tried it out on a neoair and the valve fit just fine. Maybe you could try it first in a store just to be sure.

The Instaflator fits a NeoAir.

My friend loaned me his schnozzel so I could check, and YES it works with the NeoAir (original and elite). You have to sort of "snap" the pad's nozzel into the bags schnozzle :) but it def works. I now own one.
BTW, you can also roll up your 1/4 inflated NeoAir into the schnozzel, then inflate it until the bag is taught ala the NeoAir Jembe seat kit. Works great, and dual-purpose.
+1 on the Schnozzel working with a Neo Air. The connector is snug but it works great.
