As my current wardrobe becomes progressively more threadbare and hole-y, I'm looking to replace with a smaller number of multipurpose items. I'm by no means a snazzy dresser. Jeans and Ts at home, scrubs at work, khakis and v-neck/crew tops for office hours. I'm looking for a few merino shirts that can do most of the above, as well as function as a base layer for adventure travel or backpacking.

Criteria:
1. Lightweight wool (120-165)
2. More dressy than a t-shirt (but not too much)
3. Not too "sporty" or too snug a fit- should be able to be worn as outerwear in an urban setting
4. Machine washable
5. V neck a plus

After a quick search for ideas on BPL, I just snagged a nau m2 hoody for 60% off at campsaver. Any other suggestions?
