Happened to notice that Campsaver has the NeoAir Xlite in the size large and the women's size (cosmetic seconds) for $75-$95. If they had the medium, I'd be buying!

The women's xlite is a very useful size, 20 x 66, and has a slightly higher r value than the regular xlite 3.9 vs 3.2, IIRC.
FWIW, I ordered the women's irregular Xlite from Campsaver and the medium (66 inch) irregular Xtherm from another vendor. The Xtherm was a couple of inches longer and a tad bit wider, was much less crinkly, and felt more durable. Although a couple of ounces lighter, I sent back the Xlite and kept the Xtherm. Unfortunately the irregular Xtherms are gone for now.
