This is the one you use correct? If so, how is it for condensation?
Their return policy as of Jan 2010, had the below. They hopefully changed that practice.
"* As indicated on our website, please remember that if you return any items from an order in which you received free shipping or any other promotional gift or discount, the original savings will be deducted from the refund amount. Please return any free gift(s) in original condition to avoid any charges."
