Montbell Tachyon windshirt – one of the lightest (mine is 69gr/2.4oz in L) and has performed great for me from summer to winter, on anything from local river walks to Japanese Alpine treks.
Even though the material is superlight/thin, I've used that thing every week with a pack on for one an a half year and still going strong.

+1 on the Tachyon. Montbell usually runs long & lean. I'm 6'4" and with an XL the torso is just right with the sleeves actually being a little bit too long. For reference, the older model Houdini fits me perfectly.

Good point on the fit. Just as an extra point of reference, I'm 184 and 72Kg (6.1 and 158),broad shoulders, and have a Large (or Japanese XL). Sleeves and shoulders are a good fit and I have space to fit a tighter, thinner fleece under it.
