Switching from boots and looking for any input about trail shoes. I don't want to spend more than 150, REI would be nice so I could use my anniversary discount. Thanks for any input.

I made the same decision last year, and got New Balance 810 on line. They're great ! I recently went on a backpack trip where I got them soaked in muddy water all day. Dried them off (carefully) on the campfire, and there still going strong !
