Can anyone speak to the BearPaw Diamond Solo's ability to handle wind? I was looking at Mid's from various places (Locus Gear, MLD) and came across the Diamond and was intrigued. Thanks!

I cannot attest from personal use, but it looks a lot like a Hexamid in design. I like the two vents as a variation. I would suspect that it is quite resilient to wind. I know most Hexamid owners are impressed with the shelter's ability to perform in the wind. Look forward to hearing more.
About to order one, like the design, the 2 vents, and the ridge lines..Plan to order a floorless version to use w/bivy on Sierra High Route in early September..
