I have a HH Deep Jungle hammock. Though not the lightest of the line, I love it because (A) it easily handles my 1/8 ton and (B) mosquitoes, etc, can't bite through the double-fabfic bottom (a significant issue around the Texas Gulf Coast). My question is this: Does anyone have experience in using a Klymit X-Frame pad (the one with all the holes in it) between the hammock layers to provide some underneath insulation, possibly lessening or eliminating the underquilt requirements?
