I have these and they're my favorite light pole. Not sure what the difference is between these and the '13 model.

yeah, I've watched this link for a while now.
great deal if your size is 100 or 130 cm.
I emailed BD asking the difference between the 2012 and 2013 poles.
For 2013 they beefed up, meaning made the carbon fiber shaft a bit thicker, the areas where the poles connect, to make them stronger.
as a result, the 2013 poles are about 20g heavier than earlier versions.
