Hi folks,
I'm checking in to see if anyone has any idea about the toxicity factor involved in eating out of a freezer bag — especially after boiling or hot water has been added.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks,

I wrote a blog entry on this awhile back, with lots of links and information:
http://www.freezerbagcooking.com/myblog.htm?blogentryid=1310588Freezer bags do not contain Dioxin and are food grade plastic. Dioxin is what one wants to avoid.

Thanks very much for your reply. This is really helpful information. I feel much better having read your blog. Now I will buy your book! :-)
Appreciatively,
