I think I read somewhere tights are not good for sleep time because they restrict circulation thus making your legs cold. It seems counter intuitive for a garment that’s supposed to keep you warm but it makes sense. I welcome comments
Jun 28, 2005 at 11:53 pm #1338541in my personal experience I started using snug fit tights for sleeping and I find it colder than bigger sizes Nowadays I prefer tights in bigger sizes for sleeping.
