bd pole grips — black hands

Every time, actually.

I've been using BD poles since forever and never had a problem.

I will say that I rarely actually hold the handles. Maybe lightly between thumb and index finger. My technique has the weight borne by the straps across my palms. I grab the poles by the handles only on more technical terrain.

I have no idea if I'm doing it wrong.

Thanks for confirming. Well, I am less and less impressed with BD gear lately. I think at this point what I have left of BD is a set of Camalots and a harness.

Perhaps look at Leki trekking poles and replace BD grips with GG. Or use some electrical tape on these current grips. Would have been nice if BD fixed my current pair with cork grips, but somehow I doubt it.
