As any body tried these yet? I just got mine in the mail. XL at 3.4oz and black plus they fit me perfectly. They seem like great pants with lower buttons on the bottom for a quick on/off. Are they bug proof? These are lighter then the BPL Thorofare pants.

Yes, these are lighter than the BPL Thoroughfare pants, which weigh in at 3.9 oz. As near as I can tell they're darn near pretty much the same fabric, which means they're bug proof fer sure. For a lighter, bug proof, wind pant check out the crazy light Montbell Dynamo at 2.6 oz.
