I'm planning to join a thru hiking friend of mine on the PCT for Section B late next week. I plan to leave my vehicle at the end of Section B and have a ride planned to Warner Springs from there to meet my friend.
My question is, where would be the best place to leave my vehicle for 6-7 days, sounds like somewhere near the I-10 PCT junction or possibly Snow Creek Village just before I-10?
Other than that I expect fairly mild weather and the snow conditions are light this year around San Jacinto, so I plan to go as light as possible and carry ~5L capacity for water in the desert part of the hike.
