I just got in from practice pitching my DIY polycryo tarp. I pitched it A-frame. The tarp is 7 feet by 9 feet. Poles were about 45 inches. I used 8 tie outs, one on each pole, one in each corner, and one in the middle of the long sides. I took pictures, I'll post if needed, just let me know. By the way, this was my first time pitching A Frame. I've pitched half pyramid and lean to in the past with no problems.
You want to use a taught line hitch or some other adjustable knot for your ridge line and tie outs.
If your tarp is a flat tarp it's hard to get a taught ridgeline in an a-fram pitch. This is why so many tarps are made with caternary curves in the ridgeline and sides.

Line Locks really help in a taut ridge-line. After you first set it up it will sag after while. Come back later on a use the line locks for re-doing the guy-lines.
I used a tautline hitch on all of the guy lines.
Hard to tell but that is probably as good as I would get it.
The wrinkles at the top corners are caused by the mid guyout.
Have a bit less tension there.

Your pitch looks pretty darn good to me. Like Franco, I couldn't do better unless I get lucky.
