I get the impression this company has folded. Correct or not? I can't seem to get their web site on my computer.

I can get to lafuma.com without any trouble. Their latest news statement says they made $122m euro in the first quarter. They're publicly traded, and though their stock is down, I think they're a long way from folding:
I love their shoes.
We got a bunch of 2007 Lafuma product in the gear store I work at if that's any consolation.
