On amazon right now for $23.38 and free shipping. Not sure if this is the best deal out there, but a few weeks ago when I started looking, it was $35 or more.

Can't order the diffuser lens unless you pay $35 for the HL-21 shipped from Amazon.

To get the diffusser to ship free, just add $21 of other "prime" eligible stuff. For example, I added shaving razor blades, something I need anyway and Amazon sells for less than my local drug store.
I don't have anything else I need at the moment…but yeah, I knew that was an option.
I picked one up for $6 shipped from B&H.
