how flawed and how much is available?
Several yards have coating streaks on both sides. Coating is waterproof even so. 10 yards would fit in a padded flat rate for about $6. May not be a continuous piece.

I've just started practicing with some Wally world material that kinda looks like ripstop but I don't think it is. I'd really appreciate some real silnylon to practice sewing a bivy design.
