Where is a good place to get a good windscreen? I've been playing around with an Esbit Ti Wing stove and think a good windscreen will be beneficial.

The Dollar Store. You get a large, aluminum cooking pan for a buck and cut the windscreen out of the bottom. Then, you fold the remnants and stuff them into a Coke can you're gonna recycle.
Good idea!
Heavy duty aluminum foil at your local grocery store is one option. Easier to work with, probably lighter, and easy to fold and unfold when packing. Easy to customize and also replace when worn out. There are tons of youtube videos on this topic if you want to DIY, a few of which are actually useful for ideas.
If you are playing around with esbit check out the possibility of buying a caldera cone for your specific pot. In terms of quality/efficiency that would probably be as good as it gets in a windscreen if you are going for "best" as opposed to cheapest windscreen. Then when you are ready drop that hulking wing stove for a gramcracker (3 gm).
