Just purchased the Tarptent Contrail and also bought the Tyvek groundsheet as well. The Tyvek is a lot larger/heavier than I wanted. Any suggestions on a groundsheet that would work well for the Contrail?

Just cut the tyvek you have to whatever size and form factor you want! Wash it though a few cycles in washing machine (hang dry) and it will be much more flexible if it is not already satisfactory in that department. In the future just buy the tyvek on amazon or some other place, and cut custom.
you can soften Tyvek by rolling it up like a newspaper and then twist the ends as if wringing it out.
Polycro from Gossamer Gear is probably the lightest option that is still durable.

you could also just not use a separate one.. the sil holds up pretty well..
