Its a scam actually!
$1800!?! What the??
Its not even that light.
You can buy three SMD Skyscape X Cuben hybrid tents (550 each x 3 = 1650) and still have almost enough money left over (150) to buy a Cuben tarp from Zpacks (flat tarps start at 160, solo Hex tarp 195).
Not to mention that the Sky X is a full pound lighter. This almost seems like a joke.

That weight includes the two 3/4 length sleeping pads, espresso maker and mini-lantern it comes with, too. Plus, it configures into an external-framed backpack and is completely vegan.
At $1800 I could buy a cheap heavy tent and pay someone to carry it.
Yeah, but this tent is made with "virtually indestructible Cuben Fiber." No other tent maker can claim that! ;-)
