Thanks for that. My family of four, including 10 and 12 year old kids, are planning to hike the JMT this August. Meal planning is going to be a challenge, especially as my wife is trying to keep a mostly organic and paleo diet (with very few grains).
Looks like sweet potato soup will be a winner.
