Just remembered I had a bunch of 2 mil plastic sitting around and decided to make some pack liners.
Sandwiched the plastic edges between a cloth covered mouse pad on the bottom, the plastic, then a sheet of printer paper on top then ironed with just a household iron.
Folded in the bottom a couple inches so the bag can have fuller volume at the bottom.
Process is essentially the same as shortening an uninsulated pad.
Flat: 15x23x4"gusset (8" bottom?) = 24g.
Also, disregard the scale, I made a new one with the above dimensions.
