O.K.
Since we don't know what ideas you sent Ron, how about posting them on this page.
I want a pack for weekend sub 10 pound trips that I can run with.
I would like to see a Revelation with side pockets for water holders.
I would also like to have much more shoulder padding so I can run with it.
A no bounce suspension system and strap system similar to the Nathan HPL #020 would also be a good compliment.
There is just not a light weight pack out there for running that does not thrash your body. Way too much bouncing and with out proper suspension, the bottom swing of a lot of packs will chaff right through your skin after a long day. Nathan's closest 1800ci pack weighs way too much to even think about using.
I think MLD could make one in the 7-8 ounce range.
Maybe not SUL but for a pack that would meet this need, that 7-8 ounces, considering it's closest competition, the is spot on.
Aaron…
The correspondence to Ron is referring to testimonials to help him get the fabrics from reluctant suppliers. I was happy to be able to help and sent mine early yesterday.
As receptive as Ron is to suggestions, I'd recommend that you write him with your interests and I', sure you'll see a quick reply.
John,
Thanks. I guess I just got ahead of my self and do not have not had the ability to send an email for the past 3 weeks were I'm at.
