Hey, I've been making my own bars for a couple of years, mainly oatmeal, sugar, dried fruit and butter based ones but in my new apartment I don't have an oven to bake them so I wonder if anyone have any good recipes that you don't need an oven for? I have a really basic microwave and a hob.

She has put a few of the recipes on her Trailcooking.com site., but most are on her gazing in blog. Just skim her posts for the past few months.Mar 4, 2013 at 6:41 am #1961167Thanks, Mary! :-) I have also added a number to the blog of Trailcooking as well:

I haven't had a lot of time to update the main website, but I have kept my blogs up (who knew 3 kids would be so tiring??) :-D -
