GSI Outdoors have a soft water bottle, with the Liter size running .9 ounces. I have an email in to customer support to see if these are indeed standard threads. $7.95 on GSI's website.
Kinda ugly, but cheap, light, and possibly easier to find than the Evernew bags.

I found that the Outdoor Products bags fit fine, too. Walmart for about $3 each.
