BOA Lacing System Trail Runners

After searching online I could not really find any store or company that has a size 13 BOA shoe, either Vasque, North Face or Scarpa in stock. Is anyone still actively making these kind of BOA lacing trail runners? I could not find any retailer with a full stock of sizes. If not are there any alternatives?

I use alternative lacing replacements on running shoes like the bungee laces, but they don't tighten enough for my needs on the trail.

My fall back would be to wear my old Vaseque's which are pretty torn up, or try hiking with bungee laces on a regular lace shoe.

Note: I only have the use of one hand and do not wear shoes with laces.
