The Somnus bags have returned to Backcountry.com. Now side zip. The 15 is $350 and the 30 is $300. Also, the 15 has shown up on Steep-and-cheap at $256.

Nice, I didn't think they were coming back. I'd love to see the weight on the 30.
Chatted with a rep tonight and he didn't have the info on hand, but should be getting an email in the morning re: weights and fill weights for both the 15 and 30, reg and long versions. Will post when I hear back!
my guess is 34oz for the 15* and 26 for the 30*..
Well I received an email that simply read, "The Somnus has 19 oz. of 850 Down Fill."
That didn't really help much…
I talked to a BC rep thru the online function, and after much struggling he gave me these weights in lbs:
Somnus 30 regular – 2.3lbs (36.8oz)
Somnus 30 long – 2.3lbs (36.8oz)
Somnus 15 regular – 2lbs (32oz)
Somnus 15 long – 3lbs (48oz)
Per his info, both of the 30s weigh the same, and the 30 reg weighs more than the 15. He also didn't have the fill weights for anything.
I give up, I'm not sure these numbers are even correct.
