Hello,
I am an industrial design student at Carnegie Mellon University. I am looking for an internship for this coming summer (2013) at a small gear company doing R&D work. I love camping, biking, sailing, and kayaking, but even more than that, I love making gear and testing it. Relavant skills: 3D perspective design drawing, sewing, machining, welding, blacksmithing, and most importantly designing and inventing.Any ideas for interesting companies to work at? Or any sugestions would be most welcome.
Thanks

EDIT: sorry, appears to be more labor than R&D but couldn't hurt to contact Devin.
